SERVICES

The following services are provided throughout South Africa, please refer to us if you have a requirement in other African countries.

  1. Installation and Commissioning Services

    The company’s in-house technicians offer comprehensive installation and commissioning services. For new customers, purchasing equipment in Gauteng / Cape Province and Kwazulu Natal, installation and commissioning is included free of charge. Outside of these three regions there may be a nominal fee for travel and subsistence costs.


  2. Waranty

    Hissco offers a standard 12 month warranty on new equipment and a 6-month warranty on all serviceable parts. A Silver Service Contract (preventative maintenance) is offered to customers free of charge during the warranty period for new equipment purchases.


  3. Contracts

    Hissco offers 3 styles of service contracts. The “Silver” contract is recommended during the warranty period and covers preventative maintenance. The second is the “Gold” which covers all labour and travel (excluding parts). The “Platinum” is a comprehensive all inclusive plan.


    1. Silver Service Contract:

      Recommended during the warranty period. This contract includes 4 comprehensive “preventative maintenance” visits conducted on a quarterly basis over the warranty period.



    2. Gold Service Contract:

      After the expiry of the warranty period it is recommended that a “Gold” Service contract be taken out. This is a comprehensive service that includes the 4 “preventative maintenance” visits (per Silver Contract) and all call-outs / labour and travel costs* during normal working hours within the period of the contract.

      * Within 50km range of Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban Centres.



    3. Platinum Service Contract:

      This is a comprehensive service that includes all of the above, including any spare parts used during these visits, or call-outs, (excluding parts rendered unserviceable due to neglect and/or damage).



    4. Ad-hoc:

      Services “on demand” are provided to non-contract customers on a daily basis. These services attract an additional call out fee as well as labour/travel and any parts required.
